Santa Train! VRE December 10, 2011

I have never been on the Santa train but I remember when my nephews were little and how much they loved it so I was so excited to tell Tyler that we were going on a train ride with Santa. He absolutely loves everthing about trains. Not to metion this was my first ride on a VRE train. Much different than a METRO ride. We were lucky enough to have Catalina join us for the day. We got to see Fredericksburg from a different perspective. And smarty pants Tyler still pointed out where cousin Jacey works!!He is just to smart!

Fredericksburg Christmas Parade 2011

So the night started out pretty "rocky". We coundn't find a place
to park and I had just about given up and was about leave town.
Then, Tyler said "I want to see Santa!" (with a little whimper as if he was
going to cry). Eventually we found a place to park and pushed our way
through the massive crowds and finally go close enough to where he
could see. He was so happy when he finally saw Santa! I actaull shed
a tear with his excitement.

Reunion 2011

Reunion 20 something, I have lost count at this point.
Tyler had a great time of course, riding his gator around
the campground and hanging out. My little country boy!

Sit BooBoo, Sit.

He loves horses and wanted to ride. Minimum age is 6.
Grandma may have to buy him a pony.

King of the "Mountain!".

Out sight seeing on Skyline Drive. Of all the years
we've been coming here, we have never drove to the
top of Fork Mountain.

Thumbs up Dad. Tyler loves the mountains.

I got this!

Vacation 2011

Vacation time. Tyler was so excited to go to the beach.
We spent a week w/Uncle Vincent, Aunt Joy, Cousin Josh and Justin.
Thanks to the Odham's!!! They let us have their beautiful beach house for
the week. We all had a great time!

A quick stop at BK for some french toast sticks and we were on our way!!!
Sitting in traffic forever on the Currituck bridge.
Antsy pants cound not sit still so we let him out of his
harness to watch the boats go by.

Chasing sand crabs on the beach.

Come on Daddy, it's not cold.

AAAHHHH!!!Monster Trucks, finally!!

Winner, Winner!!

Yay, love the fireworks. Headed to the beach
to see the "Big Ones".

Mommy is so paranoid she brought a pool to
the ocean!

Red cheeks, going back to the beach house.
Great day 4-wheel'n on the beach.

Gotta look good for the ladies.

Debbie, I totally love the outside shower!!!

Daycare Program

Minnieland Academy had their annual Graduation for the 4 year olds
that will be starting school next year. The Frogs, Ladybugs and
Bumble Bees were the opening act for the show.
I didn't notice until the day of the assembly that parents were invited.
I wasn't sure why I should come since Tyler is only 2.

After sitting at my desk and thinking that I was missing
something special, I jumped up and ran out the door. I walked in seconds
before the assembly started and to my suprise..............
Out came the Frog's, dressed in matching shirts and hats.
They all jumped on the stage in front of a crowd of 30-40 people and
they sang three songs that they had been secretly
rehersing in class.
I was so proud of my little boy. He saw me and yelled "HI MOMMY!
Then he jumped around the stage and sang with the class like a pro!
I was so proud. Just wish I had thought to video tape it!!!!

Soccer Tots at the Field House

I went to the Fredericksburg Field House one day and saw all these
little kids running around kicking soccer balls and having a great time.
I knew I had to sign Tyler up!
